PIC16F628A-I/ML CMOS Microcontrollers

 The PIC16F627A/628A/648A are 18-pin Flash-based members of the versatile PIC16F627A/628A/648A family of CMOS, fully-static, 8-bit microcontrollers.

The advanced RISC architecture is used by all PIC microcontrollers. The PIC16F627A/628A/648A has an eight-level deep stack and multiple internal and external interrupt sources. The Harvard architecture's separate instruction and data buses enable a 14-bit wide instruction word with a separate 8-bit wide data. Except for program branches, the two-stage instruction pipeline allows all instructions to execute in a single cycle (which require two cycles). There are 35 instructions (reduced instruction set) available, as well as a large register set.
